My name is Nellie Alamilla, a Makeup Artist, and Licensed Esthetician. 

As a child, I was always amazed watching my mom curl her lashes and apply lipstick. I could not wait to start doing it to myself. From a young age, I loved playing dress-up with my dolls and moved on to dressing up and applying makeup on my cousins. 

I have always been super passionate about making someone feel beautiful and looking their best. I truly love that makeup can highlight a woman’s beauty.

I started working in the beauty industry in 2012. I started my career in Sephora, where I had the education and expertise with all the makeup and skincare brands. In 2019 I became certified by Giorgio Armani Beauty as a Senior Face Designer, one of very few in Illinois. 

I have been fortunate enough to train with many of my makeup artist idols and founders of their brands and makeup gurus, including Dany Sanz, Carisa Janes, Gilbert Soliz, Erik Soto, Shayna Shapiro, Lauren D’Amelio, and Mario Dedanovic. I love to learn, and I continue to expand my education by taking master classes in the beauty industry.
